Advent is a 5-lesson devotional designed to help people of all ages experience the significance of Christmas – that the promised Messiah came as Immanuel, God with us, to save His people from their sins (Mt. 1:21-23). Each 20-minute devotional follows the Pebbles and Stones Model, which engages you with the Biblical story through Listening Prayer, Journaling, Sharing, and Praying for each other. The devotional begins on the first Sunday of Advent, continuing through the next three Sundays and culminating on Christmas Day. Each lesson follows Luke’s narrative, exploring one of the following themes: hope, joy, peace, and love.
