Spiritual Growth of Individuals

The foundation for Spiritual Growth is GOD

• Everything we do focuses on God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit
• We seek to know God better through inter-generational community groups that meet to worship, listen to God’s words, share with one another and pray.

The Fuel for Spiritual Growth is LOVE

Because Love is relational, we pay attention to our relationships with God ourselves, and others. It is the GOO ( God Ourselves Others) that holds us together.

• We first focus on the exceptional value God places on each and every individual.
  • We must learn to Love ourselves.
  • "Love your neighbor as yourself." Mt 22:39b
• We then bring in the practice nature of extending Love to others.
  • "If we cannot love our neighbor who we can see, how can we love God who we cannot see?" 1 John 4:20
  • We encourage personal sacrifice/love for others in neighborhoods, schools and workplaces around the globe.
  • "Which of the three do you think was a neighbor to the man who was attacked by robbers?" The authority on the law replied, "The one who felt sorry for him." Jesus told him, "Go and do as he did." Luke 10:36 & 37
• We complete this triangle of Love by expressing our Love to the God who created us and our neighbors.
  • We incorporate a time of quiet and reflection, so that each may better experience God’s direction.
  • We celebrate our Love of God by creating and singing songs of praise and love.
